I don't want to get really muscly with fat, but I don't want to lose weight and have no muscle. I want to be "lean," I guess like a dancer body. And What workout plan should I be doing, if I want to get "lean"? --Right now, I've been working out about four times a week, and by chance I walk about 40 minutes everyday.
