1. If they were looking for amphetamine type drugs...its a possibility that it would come up. Phentermine are central nervous system stimulants, or a form of speed. If you are prescribed them and you are taking proper dosage....you should be able to show that you are taking them per doctors orders and they should be able to overlook that. I would suggest calling a pharmacist and they will usually be able to answer all questions about medication you need.
2. I would ask your doc first but phentermine is very addictive, be careful!
